A&E Live By Request - Ticket Request Form

A&E Live By Request starring Blondie, Friday May 7, 2004
As of May 3, 2004, we have received more than 200 requests, so the ticket request lottery is now closed for new entries. This information will remain available as a convenience to the entrants. Winners of the drawing will receive information by email on or before May 5.

Instructions and Information

A&E'S LIVE BY REQUEST starring BLONDIE is a private event that will not be on general public sale, but we have a supply of tickets to give out, and in addition, we'll be able to submit a waiting list to fill the vacancies from the approximately 10% of ticket holders who will fail to show up. If demand exceeds our supply of tickets (as we expect), we will hold a random drawing of the entrants first to allocate the tickets and then to allocate the places on the waiting list. One third of our ticket allocation will be given out as pairs of tickets (to those who request two tickets), and two-thirds of the ticket allocation will be given out as individual tickets (that is, there will be two separate random drawings for tickets). Another drawing will be done to fill the waiting list, again with one third of the spots taken in pairs and the rest taken individually.

Blondie and their management have worked with A&E's audience coordinator to give the fans the best possible seats for the show as well as standing room once there are no more seats left.

The event is a TV taping that will run live from 9-11pm on Friday May 7 (two repeats are scheduled for the next day). The show will be held at and broadcast from the John Jay College Theater, 899 10th Avenue (between 58th and 59th Street) in Manhattan. Viewers can call in and request their favorite song, or do it online by visiting www.livebyrequest.com

Doors will open at 7:00pm and close at 8:15pm and entry and exit between then and 11pm is strictly prohibited. Please do not request tickets if these times are not good for you.

You may enter the drawing between now and 11:59am EDT Wednesday, May 5, 2004, or until there are 200 requests, whichever comes first. The random drawing will occur immediately thereafter, with emails going out that afternoon.

Those who are awarded tickets will receive additional instructions in the email. If you win a place on the waiting list, we will tell you your position, and when you arrive at the venue you will take your place in the fan line at the position that you were assigned.

A photo ID will be required to claim a ticket or enter the line when you arrive.
