The Debbie Harry Collector's Society (DHCS) is an organization of Deborah Harry and Blondie memorabilia collectors, founded in 1987 by Barry L. Kramer. Barry is the principal archivist for everything related to the career of Debbie Harry and the history of Blondie. Barry publishes a Debbie Harry newsletter (supported by Debbie and Chris Stein) entitled "Fan Mail," and produces archive reports in between publications.
